In February, B.K. Miller Meats and Liquors hosted their 4th Annual Charity Bourbon Auction with proceeds designated for three local charities chosen by the company. The Charitable Trust extends its heartfelt thanks to Delegate C.T. Wilson for his instrumental role in recommending the Trust as a recipient organization for this highly successful fundraiser. With the popularity of the auction growing each year, B.K. Miller has donated more than $100,000 to local charitable causes since 2021. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the generosity of auction supporters, who competed for 21 exclusive and rare Bourbon items during the week-long event.
On March 21st, the Charitable Trust’s Staff & Board Members joined BK Miller’s Staff and a representative from Senator Michael Jackson’s office at the store in Clinton for a check presentation. The event celebrated a $12,500 donation to support local Charles County nonprofits. The Charitable Trust is pleased to report that 100% of the funds will be directed to carefully vetted nonprofit organizations that serve residents in need throughout Charles County. The Charitable Trust deeply appreciates the ongoing support of the B.K. Miller team and the generous community that made this donation possible.
